Nurse Clinician

Location: Hougang
Salary: $4000 - $6000
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure quality nursing care and services for residents.
Assess residents health conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
Handle residents and family members enquiries and concerns professionally.
Conduct audits, monitor quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Identify staff training needs and coordinate orientation, clinical training, and competency assessments.
Support department operations, including manpower planning, roster management, inventory control, and documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of nursing practices.

Requirements:

Degree in Nursing, Advanced Diploma in Gerontology, or equivalent.
Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing license.
Minimum 10 years of nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting, including leadership or supervisory experience.
