Job Description:

• Lead the management of critically ill patients, including complex interventions, monitoring, and ensuring evidence-based, safe care.
• Mentor and supervise junior nurses, promoting adherence to best practices, ethical standards, and professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, execute, and optimize individualized patient care.
• Develop, implement, and review ICU clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and compliance with safety standards.
• Facilitate staff training, workshops, competency assessments, and provide education to patients and families.

Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Nursing with Advanced Nursing Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in hospital clinical settings.
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
