Job Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting process and production issues to minimise downtime.
• Drive NPI, process improvement and manufacturing readiness, including product transfers, engineering changes and process optimisation.
• Analyse production issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements to quality, yield, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documents including work instructions, SOPs, process flows and technical reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Product Engineering and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, precision engineering, automation or equipment manufacturing.
• Experience in production support, process improvement, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with NPI, engineering change implementation, process validation and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, ERP/MRP or MES will be an advantage.
