NPI Administrator

Job Requirements

Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency and operational coordination within the repair shop by identifying waste, reducing process lead time, improving workflow and ensuring effective coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional daily/weekly meetings, with engineering, production, quality, planning, supply chain and other stake holders to review priorities, constraint and actions.
• Monitor repair-shop KPIs and identify bottlenecks, delays, and lead-time reduction opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean/ Kaizen and process efficiency initiatives across repair operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective and improvement actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and ensure timely closure of improvement actions.
• Prepare and present operational performance and improvement reports to stakeholders.
• Support initiatives for automation, digitization and process simplification.
  
  

Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in aerospace MRO, manufacturing, industrial engineering or process improvement.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination, process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge and expereience in Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement, Root cause analysis, 5-Why, Pareto, Kaizen, VSM.
