Job Responsibilities
Café Supervisor / Senior Barista
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and supervise barista team
- Maintain high service and beverage quality standards
- Handle customer feedback and service recovery
- Manage stock, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance
Requirements
- Relevant café / barista experience preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
