Key Responsibilities
- Business Expansion: Identify new markets, develop business plans for new outlets, and secure corporate catering contracts.
- Strategy & Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, analyze industry trends, and use data to improve, pricing, product, and merchandising techniques.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Operational Collaboration: Work with culinary teams to ensure food quality, hygiene standards, and menu innovation (specifically in tandoor/curry).
- Performance Tracking: Set and track KPIs to monitor sales performance and report on business development activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the F&B sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of North Indian cuisine, specifically Tandoor and curry preparations.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
