A North Indian Curry and Tandoor Business Development Manager

drives revenue growth by securing new catering contracts, identifying new market opportunities, and enhancing brand presence for Indian dining

. Key duties include building client relationships, analyzing competitor pricing, and optimizing menus to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Expansion: Identify new markets, develop business plans for new outlets, and secure corporate catering contracts.
  • Strategy & Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, analyze industry trends, and use data to improve, pricing, product, and merchandising techniques.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work with culinary teams to ensure food quality, hygiene standards, and menu innovation (specifically in tandoor/curry).
  • Performance Tracking: Set and track KPIs to monitor sales performance and report on business development activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the F&B sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of North Indian cuisine, specifically Tandoor and curry preparations.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
