Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Strategy: Identify new business opportunities (e.g., new outlets, catering, delivery partnerships) to expand market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends in North Indian cuisine.
- Operational Collaboration: Work with chefs to maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation of curries and tandoori items.
- Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners.
- Performance Reporting: Track sales targets and prepare reports on business development activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine and tandoor cooking techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
