Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew. You will play an important role in ensuring guests enjoy a fun and memorable experience in our outlets by providing excellent service and support in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Set up, maintain, and clean karaoke rooms and service areas
- Handle cashiering duties and process transactions correctly
- Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently upheld
- Work closely with teammates to deliver smooth and enjoyable operations
