Job Summary
Manage staff scheduling and store operations to ensure efficient production and quality in a food and beverage environment. Oversee hygiene standards, beverage preparation, and resource planning aligned with logistics and inventory needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff scheduling, including assigning work tasks and coordinating employee breaks to maintain operational flow
- Oversee and maintain store hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Prepare beverages and manage the drinks stall to deliver quality customer service
- Plan and implement activities aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing quality, and reducing waste
- Conduct production resource planning based on logistics schedules, order volumes, and inventory levels for each store, to support continuous operations.
- Able to handle ad hoc job assign.
- Able to work night shifts from 11pm to 7am, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Availability to start work immediately or within a short notice period
