We are looking for a Night Duty Manager to join our team!

As a Night Duty Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Lead and coordinate nightly hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor guest arrivals, departures, and service quality during night shifts to drive continuous improvements in guest experience
  • Supervise, direct, and motivate the Front Office team to maintain high performance and current knowledge of hotel products and services
  • Communicate operational updates and hotel offerings clearly to colleagues to ensure consistent service standards
  • Implement and execute emergency response protocols following standard operating procedures to protect guests and staff during night shifts
  • Manage crisis situations promptly and effectively to minimize impact on guest safety and hotel operations

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Ability to work permanent night shifts
  • Demonstrated understanding of Rooms and Front Desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
  • Experience using OPMS and related hotel front office systems to manage guest services and operations
  • Experience in managing emergency response and crisis management situations
  • Educational background related to hotel management is preferred
