WE'RE HIRING: Production Manager

We're looking for an Assistant Producer who understands that great production is built on strong fundamentals - and elevated by innovation.

This role sits at the intersection of traditional production discipline and fast-paced, AI-driven content creation. If you can handle a casting call in the morning, a location recce in the afternoon, and optimize a social content workflow before wrap - we want to meet you. Ideally with a driving licence & confident in driving would be a bonus.

• Highly meticulous and structured in planning

• Comfortable managing both traditional commercial workflows and rapid digital content pipelines

• Curious and open to embracing AI tools in research, scripting, pre-visualisation, scheduling and post workflows

• Enthusiastic, proactive and constantly troubleshooting

• Calm under pressure and adaptable on set

What You'll Be Handling

Traditional Production Workflow

• Casting coordination and talent management

• Location sourcing and recce coordination

• Scheduling, call sheets, budgeting support

• Crew coordination and vendor liaison

• Client servicing and managing expectations

• PPM preparation and deck refinement

• On-set support ensuring smooth execution

Digital & Social Content Workflow

• Managing faster turnaround shoots

• Supporting AI-assisted pre-production and ideation

• Exploring workflow efficiencies using emerging tools

• Assisting with content breakdowns and deliverable tracking
