Job Responsibilities

. Responsible for providing primary and urgent care services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, and treating.

. Educate patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive health care, to improve their overall health and outcomes.

. Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients.

. Collaborate with other physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and clinical staff to form a high performing medical team.

. Professionally knowledgeable, responsible, and accountable in an environment that requires efficiency, speed, and thoroughness.

. Encourages an environment of teamwork.

. Communicates ideas and goals clearly and is an effective listener.

. Demonstrates a regular and punctual attendance pattern.

. Perform all duties and functions in strict compliance of clinic policy and procedures.

. Adhere to ongoing quality improvement objectives and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all health information privacy laws.

. Ensure compliance by support staff.

. Assist in updating protocols and principles of practice as requested.

Requirements

. MBBS, Degree in Medicine from a medical school recognised by the Singapore Medical Council - SMC
