Location: Jurong East
Contract: 6 months
Salary: $2,200 - $3,200 per month
Work Schedule: 5 days per week

Job Description

We are looking for a Patient Service Associate to join the inpatient wards team in a hospital setting. This role is suitable for candidates who are keen to develop their experience in healthcare administration and patient services!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the collection of payments for patients upon discharge.

• Conduct financial counselling and provide information on inpatient stay and charges.

• Perform discharge-related procedures and administrative processes for patients.

• Arrange and obtain follow-up appointments for inpatient patients.

• Provide administrative and patient service support to ensure a smooth discharge process.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level, Nitec or Diploma qualification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in a hospital environment and interacting with patients.
