PRIMARY KPI & SUCCESS INDICATOR

  • Maintain minimum conversion rate of leads vs closure

  • Provide professional customer experience through clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Persuasive personality and strong desire to make the sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a refined, consultative sales experience tailored to each guest

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and communication

  • Present vehicle features and benefits with precision, enthusiasm, and product expertise

  • Guide clients through financing and insurance options with transparency and professionalism

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals

  • Stay well-informed on the latest vehicle models, technology, and industry trends

  • Conduct detailed vehicle walkarounds and demonstrate features upon client request

  • Effectively communicate brand values and current promotions to elevate the customer journey

  • Recommend and sell additional products and services to enhance the ownership experience

  • Provide a safe and informative test drive experience

  • Offer accurate financing calculations tailored to client needs

  • Deliver end-to-end support throughout the sales process, including post-sale follow-up

  • Sales activities are not limited to the showroom(s).

  • In the case of multiple showroom locations, Sales Consultants may be scheduled to work at different locations as required.

  • The Sales Manager may assign non-retail sales activities from time to time. You are expected to provide assistance when requested.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE O Level

  • Candidates with no experiences are welcome to apply

  • Singapore Class 3/3A driving license (preferred but not compulsory)

  • Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office

  • Able to communicate effectively
