Job description
Job Duties:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: intake, job posting, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
Prepare and present data-driven reports on hiring progress and funnel metrics to influence decisions.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulations maintain accurate ATS data.
Drive process improvements and participate in pilots for new recruitment tools.
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for repeatable skill sets.
Provide market insights by analysing competitor trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability
Deliver concise market-mapping reports and talent intelligence to support hiring strategies.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Marketing or HR related
At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, open to both in-house and/or agency environment
Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and present actionable insights
Strong problem-solving and able to prioritize under pressure
Familiarity with SEA talent markets and hiring practices
