Job Description:
Performing post onboarding monitoring requirements to ensure proper sales behaviour, as well as meetingboth internal and regulatory requirements
Support annual financial soundness random sampling exercise by requesting Representatives to provide relevant documents.
Review submitted documents and perform Fit & Proper assessment in accordance to prevailing internal framework.
Prepare Fit & Proper assessment report with appropriate monitoring conditions and escalate for approval.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks or reviews as directed by Lead - Conduct Risk and Head - Distribution Risk.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in preferably in Business, Compliance, and/or Finance related fields
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
Report writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
Some experience in regulatory reporting, risk and compliance will be an added advantage
