Job description:
- To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
- Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations and Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework
- To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using CMI position and other managed services propositions
- To oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customer until the projects delivered.
- Ability to write, develop and deliver client documentation i.e. demonstration material, service propositions, RFI's, RFP's, translation of client requirements.
Jobs requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales. Experience in managing the deployment of ICT/ISP Managed Services and end-to-end Enterprise Solutions will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in Network, Network Security, IP & ICT solutions, Project Management, ICT Solutions, Network
- Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft products Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Projects.
- Proven experience in campus network and wireless network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet solutions, including routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Hands-on experience in network solution design, implementation, and optimization.
- Ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored network solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, and presentations to support pre-sales and project delivery.
- Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewall policies, VPN, SD-WAN, and access control; security certifications or practical experience will be a strong plus.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, NSE, or equivalent) are preferred.
