About the Role:
We are looking for a Network Solution Architect Lead to drive the design, implementation, and evolution of robust, secure, and scalable network solutions across the enterprise. You will lead a team of solution architects and work closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to deliver resilient, high-performance networking capabilities supporting both regional and global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and architect enterprise-wide network transformation initiatives (e.g. SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, Firewalls, SASE, NAC, VPN).
- Define and own the regional network architecture roadmap, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions aligned to business and security requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and lead PoCs to determine fit for enterprise adoption.
- Provide hands-on guidance to the network solution team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure network designs are scalable, cost-effective, and compliant with security and regulatory standards.
- Oversee vendor engagement, solution proposals, and technical validation.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and provide escalation support for major incidents.
- Maintain architecture documentation, blueprints, and configuration standards.
- Guide automation initiatives for improved deployment efficiency and consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise network design, implementation, and architecture.
- Minimum 3 years in a team lead or network solution architect capacity.
- Deep understanding of enterprise network technologies including:
- Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, etc.)
- SD-WAN and Internet Gateways
- Firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet)
- Load Balancers (e.g. F5)
- SASE, NAC (e.g. Cisco ISE), VPNs
- Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and configuration management.
- Familiar with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., MAS TRM).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications preferred: CCIE, CCNP, CCDE, ITIL, etc.
