Key Responsibilities
- Ensure network stability across multiple platforms and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Provide operational support for routing, switching, WAN, LAN, and Internet technologies.
- Lead incident triage, monitor dashboards/logs, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Incident and Problem Management policies.
- Work as part of a global operations team on a rotating shift schedule.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management and core network services.
- Experience with routing, switching, WAN/LAN in multi-vendor environments.
- Knowledge of network security practices and troubleshooting methodologies.
