Key Responsibilities
- Monitor networks and systems using tools such as Zabbix
- Respond to incidents and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform basic troubleshooting and provide support when required
- Maintain accurate logs and reports
- Work effectively in a team and demonstrate strong communication skills
- Commit to working 12-hour shifts
Skills and Experience
- No prior experience required - fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of web-based UI interfaces is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
- Strong stress management and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented with good collaboration, initiative, and communication abilities
- Basic understanding of networking and system operations
- Minimum qualification: GCE O-Levels or Diploma
