Performance & capacity: Track utilisation, produce weekly/monthly reports, and recommend tuning/expansion.
Documentation: Maintain topology, SOP/runbooks, RCAs, and audit-ready ticket records.
Shift coverage: Participate in rostered shift/on-call to meet priority incident needs.
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor's in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related.
Experience:2-4 years in NOC / network operations (L1/L2) within carrier or large enterprise environments, operating to SLAs.
Networking: Working knowledge of IP/MPLS, BGP/OSPF, VLAN, QoS, ACL, NAT familiarity with OTN/DWDM/SDH is a plus.
Tools: Hands-on with monitoring/ticketing (Zabbix/PRTG/SolarWinds, ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy), basic CLI, and Wireshark packet reads.
Communication: Crisp incident notes, timely updates, and confident vendor/customer coordination.
Language:English and Mandarin - Mandarin is required to liaise with China-based technical teams and review Mandarin technical/contract materials (business necessity).
Eligibility: Legally able to work in Singapore open to night/weekend shifts per roster.
Nice to Have
Certifications: CCNA/HCNA/CCNP/HCIP, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent.
Exposure to MVNO/mobile platforms, large campus networks, or carrier-grade integrations.
RCA writing, problem management, or change management experience.
