Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to network alerts in a 24/7 data centre environment
  • Troubleshoot network issues and identify critical incidents
  • Support network break-fix activities and basic maintenance
  • Coordinate with on-site technicians for physical network activities
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate engineering team

Role requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience inData Centre / IDC network operations
  • Understanding ofTCP/IP, OSPF and BGP
  • Network troubleshooting experience
  • Linux knowledge is a plus
  • CCNA / JNCIA is advantageous
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency
  • Comfortable working on a24/7 rotating shift
