Responsibilities

- Responsible for the delivery management of racks, network equipment, and integrated cabling within the datacenter. Developing and continuously optimizing delivery standards and processes to improve delivery efficiency.

- Responsible for the entire lifecycle management of network delivery, including data center site selection, site survey, network infrastructure design and requirements, supply management, and inventory management. Establishing process management standards, optimizing and improving them to ensure continuous and stable delivery.

- Following up on network delivery projects, proactively identifying risks and issues during delivery, and coordinating with all parties to resolve problems, ensuring the network project delivery SLA is met

- Responsible for the overall construction of network delivery operation strategies, resource planning and operation, ensuring continuous improvement in network delivery capabilities and completeness.

- Integrating all aspects of demand, planning, equipment and material supply, allocation, warehousing, asset management, and network resource procurement and delivery. Continuously building and optimizing the platform capabilities for end-to-end network delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.

- 5+ years of working experience in the related field

- Familiar with datacenter infrastructure, network equipment power supply, network equipment installation and removal, and cabling site survey and construction.

- Experience in data center EFO design, network equipment delivery, and integrated cabling delivery management.

- Experience in data center network planning and construction projects, and familiarity with network equipment, optical modules, and cables.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiar with ISP external resources planning and delivery, like dark fiber, leased lines and IPLC/IPT.

- Familiar with the entire end-to-end delivery process for datacenter.

- Experience in project management, with PMP certification.
