You take ownership of the end-to-end commercial customer journey for your dedicated portfolio, leading all relationship management and business development activities within your assigned scope. Acting as the primary Kuehne+Nagel representative towards the customer across all services and business units, you gather and qualify account intelligence and translate this into clear, actionable business targets, captured within an evolving and aligned account plan.
You build, maintain, and strengthen direct relationships with key customer stakeholders, positioning Kuehne+Nagel as a trusted strategic partner. Through strong collaboration across the KN network - including business units and support functions - you effectively translate customer requirements into achievable, value-driven solutions and align internal stakeholders to execute on identified opportunities.
You conduct all key account management activities in accordance with KN's Key Account Program guidelines, ensuring structure, consistency, and sustainable commercial growth within your portfolio.
