Job Description
- 5 years of experience in network engineering/operations with exposure to CMDB and IT service management.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Strong understanding of CMDB data models, CI relationships and data-quality practices.
- Possess solid network fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls) to interpret discovered topology.
- Experience in scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell) for data reconciliation is an advantage.
- A good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and vendors.
