Job Summary

Join our team as a Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise wired and wireless networks, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance connectivity across infrastructure and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support wired and wireless network infrastructure and Data Centre network operations to maintain optimal performance
• Administer enterprise network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, WLAN controllers, AAA servers, and encryptors to ensure secure connectivity
• Troubleshoot network access, performance, and 802.1X authentication/authorization issues to resolve connectivity problems promptly
• Resolve wired and wireless connectivity incidents and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary
• Monitor network health continuously, respond to alerts, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring network incidents
• Support network automation initiatives, enforce secure configuration compliance, perform configuration backups, and manage firmware upgrades
• Plan, implement, and manage operational network changes to enhance network stability and performance
• Coordinate network hardware lifecycle management, including maintenance renewals, vendor support, and procurement activities to ensure infrastructure reliability
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver enterprise IT initiatives that align with business goals
