Handle incident troubleshooting, service degradation, and outages in coordination with telco carriers and ISPs.
Perform fault isolation using logs, alarms, and routing information, with escalation where required.
Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and change activities.
Coordinate provisioning of new circuits with telco providers and data centre partners.
Track circuit orders, lead times, testing, and acceptance.
Assist with service turn-up, verification, and documentation.
Support routing and switching environments using BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and IP addressing.
Work with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet platforms under guidance.
Gain exposure to carrier-grade network design and redundancy concepts.
Exposure to DWDM environments is an advantage.
Maintain accurate records of circuit details, configurations, and network diagrams.
Follow operational processes, change management, and SLA requirements.
Prepare incident summaries and service reports when required.
