Network Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Infra Engineer / Senior Engineer, Network to design, implement, and optimise enterprise/campus and data centre network infrastructure.

In this role, you will work on end-to-end network solutions-from translating high-level architecture into detailed designs, to validating performance, ensuring security compliance, and driving operational excellence.

What will you do

- Translate high-level network architecture into detailed technical designs, including physical and logical diagrams, traffic flows, and failover plans.

- Prepare clear and concise requirement documents and component-level design validations for simple to complex network solutions.

- Maintain accurate documentation such as test plans, traceability matrices, and design artefacts, ensuring alignment across the project lifecycle.

- Configure and implement network infrastructure in accordance with the design and security requirements.

- Perform baseline security configuration of devices to meet compliance and best practices.

- Use network management tools to monitor, analyse, and report on network performance and status.

- Participate in root-cause investigations, validating proper operation of network installations.

- Resolve routine to complex network issues by applying diagnostic tools and employing structured troubleshooting methods.

- Develop and execute test plans to validate network performance, reliability, and integration.

- Conduct functional and integration tests, document results, and clearly report issues or risks.

- Link requirements to test cases with proper traceability to ensure end-to-end validation of solutions investigations, validating proper operation of network installations.

- Able to work independently and also to work in a team.

Network - Routing and Switching / WAN / Network Security / Performance Monitoring

Nexus Switches (7k, 9k) & NX-OS Technologies

Cisco ACI Technologies (SD-DC)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess

Experience: 2 or more years of IT or networking experience.

Technical /Professional Skills: Certification - CCNA/ CCNP/ CCIE
