Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high availability and performance of LAN/WAN networks monitor, maintain, and optimise network operations.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 network support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely issue resolution.
  • Deploy, decommission, and refresh network devices in line with technology lifecycle and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation and continuously improve operational processes.
  • Support and participate in network-related projects work with vendors to evaluate and enhance solutions.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for production and operational environments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in InformationTechnology, Computer Engineer or equivalent, with3 to4 years hands-on experience in network management or engineering roles.
  • Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of network protocols: IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls, core/distribution switches, routers, and LAN/WAN administration.
  • Familiarity with Zscaler, Check Point, or Palo Alto firewalls is an advantage.
