Essential Responsibilities
- Deploy, optimize, and manage the Security, Performance, and Cost of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Azure Cloud, and global office infrastructure systems in collaboration with the HQ ISD team.
- Provide ongoing support, administration, and maintenance for OCI, Azure Cloud, and global office infrastructure systems.
- Administer and maintain the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) network to ensure high availability and reliability, including proactive monitoring of network performance.
- Support the onboarding of new systems and resolve helpdesk-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including system setup, architecture, functions, and user guides.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge spanning both IT and OT equipment.
- Ability to collect, document, and maintain information regarding system setups and purposes across agency offices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and engage internal stakeholders effectively.
- Experience maintaining and enhancing infrastructure systems.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure setup, migration, and end-user training for agency offices.
- Practical experience with public cloud platforms, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with F5 BIG-IP and Distributed Cloud platforms.
- Experience with Check Point and FortiGate firewall systems.
- Experience working with Cisco and Aruba network equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Network certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent experience are highly preferred.
