Network Engineer (Load Balancing & Network Services)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to join our high-performing team responsible for critical network services, load balancing platforms, and automation initiatives across a large-scale enterprise environment.

In this role, you will lead platform enhancement and migration activities, support business-as-usual operations, and contribute to the adoption of network automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support critical network infrastructure services, load balancing platforms and DNS, DHCP, NTP.
• Maintain the stability, performance, and security of network services across enterprise environments.
• Drive platform upgrades, software lifecycle management, and migration initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable network solutions that align with business and operational requirements.
• Support the onboarding of new applications and services onto load balancing platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Identify and develop automation opportunities to streamline operational tasks and improve service efficiency.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, or related disciplines.
• Strong hands-on experience with load balancing technologies such as:

o F5 Networks

o VMware AVI / NSX Advanced Load Balancer

• Solid understanding of IP services, including DNS, DHCP & NTP
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Multicast technologies
• Experience with Cisco networking platforms, including Catalyst and Nexus solutions.
• Knowledge of network virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi and NSX-T.
• Exposure to automation technologies, scripting, and APIs
• Understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Desired Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, F5 Certified Technology Professional (F5-CTP), or equivalent.
• Experience with DDI platforms and enterprise DNS solutions.
• Exposure to network automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
