Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to maintain network stability
• Monitor network performance continuously and diagnose issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Implement network security measures to safeguard systems against cyber threats
• Document network configurations accurately and maintain up-to-date records for operational transparency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network infrastructure with evolving business objectives
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users to resolve network-related issues efficiently
• Research and recommend new network technologies to enhance innovation and network capabilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Forescout Cybersecurity devices to enhance network security management
• Experience using network management tools and monitoring platforms for effective network oversight
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP to validate networking expertise
