Requirement:

  • Minimally L1 experience in Network support
  • Able to perform Network monitoring and administration
  • Identify root cause when issue arise and perform troubleshooting
  • Hands on experience in Cisco routers or Cisco switches
  • Good to have Firewall experience (optional)
  • Good attitude, willing to learn and progress to L2 engineer
  • Experience in Cisco Command, SSH,back up of cisco devices IS A MUST
