Lead and oversee the deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of complex enterprise network and security solutions.
Serve as the technical lead for mid to large‑scale projects, providing architectural guidance, technical direction, and oversight across multi‑disciplinary teams.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.
Implement and provide advanced support for network infrastructure solutions on platforms such as Cisco, Alcatel and Solarwinds
Implement and provide advanced support for security technologies including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, and Cisco ISE.
Drive complex root‑cause analysis efforts, lead incident resolution, and act as technical escalation for network performance, security events, and critical connectivity issues.
Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including high‑level designs (HLDs), low‑level designs (LLDs), configuration baselines, installation guides, and operational procedures.
Conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions, internal training, and post‑incident reviews to uplift team capability and improve operational efficiency.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
Requirements
Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent senior‑level credentials are highly preferred.
Extensive hands‑on experience with enterprise networking and security technologies, including Cisco, Alcatel, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and Fortinet platforms.
Proven expertise in the design, implementation, and optimization of LAN, WAN, WLAN, data networking, and security architectures.
Strong ability to operate in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment, managing complex tasks and multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills in large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with the ability to guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation skills.
Willing and able to support flexible work hours, including after-office-hour maintenance windows
