Job Description
- 4–5 years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure support and operations.
- Strong CCNA-level understanding of routing, switching, and TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, VLANs, 802.1Q trunking, Port Channels, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), EIGRP, and basic BGP concepts.
- Experience supporting enterprise campus, WAN, data center, and wireless network environments.
- Working knowledge of network monitoring, incident management, and change management processes.
- Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting reports.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize assigned tasks, and escalate technical issues appropriately.
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
