Network & Cyber Security Manager - VPN - LINUX

Job Description:

• Lead delivery and management of network and cybersecurity services.

• Manage, mentor, and develop in-house and outsourced engineering teams.

• Define business strategies, service roadmaps, and long-term portfolio plans.

• Own P&L, budgeting, pricing strategies, and service profitability.

• Oversee service delivery across IP-VPN/MPLS, L2/L3, Internet, and multi-carrier environments.

• Lead design and operations of cybersecurity services, including EDR/MDR, SOC/SOCaaS, vulnerability management, and incident response.

• Support pre-sales activities, solution architecture, and sales enablement.

• Serve as the escalation point for network outages, security incidents, and complex client issues.

• Collaborate with regional teams and headquarters to align on standards, offerings, and execution.

• Establish governance, enforce SLAs and policies, maintain documentation, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

• About 10 years experience in network services and IT infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with server and cloud platforms (Linux, Nutanix).

• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and remote/outsourced resources.

• Strong expertise in IP-VPN/MPLS, L2/L3 networking, Internet, and multi-carrier systems.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, managed security services, and incident response.

• Ability to step in as senior engineer during critical incidents.

• Experience in business planning, P&L management, cost control, and service profitability.

• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to management, sales, and clients.
