How you create impact

• Develop and implement strategies for effectively managing key accounts, aligning them with the company's overall objectives and goals
• Lead the operational aspects of key account management and implement best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Supervise resource allocation and capacity planning to maximize the efficient use of human and financial resources
• Manage and mentor a team of operational key account managers. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to enable team members to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Foster collaboration and communication across internal teams (BUs/FUs) to ensure alignment and effective execution of key account strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, systems, and workflows related to key account management. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Establish and monitor key account performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against goals, ensure highest level of service quality and to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide visibility to senior leadership
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact key account relationships or operational performance. Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and minimize disruptions
