As a Nephrologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and implement clinical policies and strategies to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Oversee clinical governance, including risk management, audits, and compliance with MOH and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor medical staff, fostering professional development and a culture of clinical excellence.
- Drive system-wide initiatives, standardise protocols, and ensure operational consistency across sites.
- Promote innovation and continuous quality improvement using clinical data and performance metrics.
- Represent the organization in medical committees and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements:
- Medical degree registered with SMC, with valid Practising Certificate.
- Specialist accreditation recognised by SAB and registered with SMC.
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership or management.
