Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing and interpreting various non-destructive tests (PAUT/X-ray/FPI/MPI) on products components to determine material flaws and discontinuities.
- Responsible for reviewing the various test orders to determine type of test required, test procedures, and part acceptability criteria.
- Preparing of the parts for testing by applying proper agents such as cleaners, swab etch, penetrants and developers.
- Responsible for performing daily checks on test equipment calibration.
- Interpretation of the various results tests performed against the acceptance criteria specified in operations manual or other approved data.
- Participating in team audits and process reports for corrective actions.
- Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area.
- Complying with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties.
Requirement
- Min Nitec in Engineering or related disciplines
- Min 3 years of working experience in Aerospace industry
- Possess NAS 410/ EN 4179 Level 2 certification on PUT/X-ray/FPI/MPI
