- Perform calibrations, non-destructive testing (NDT), and evaluations to determine acceptance or rejection of parts.
- Correctly interpret and apply inspection operation sheets and work instructions.
- Organize, sort, and prepare parts for NDT inspection.
- Load, unload, and operate real-time X-Ray (XR), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), or automated Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) lines effectively.
- Conduct inspections using X-Ray, Ultrasonic, Fluorescent Penetrant, Eddy Current, or Magnetic Particle methods according to inspection operation sheets.
- Ensure all inspection equipment is operational and ready for use at all times.
- Assist engineers with inspection evaluation and reporting.
- Maintain process systems and testing equipment to ensure continuous operations in compliance with approved documentation.
