Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational learning program across departments to gain broad exposure.
• Receive on-the-job training aligned with your field of study.
• Support R&D objectives to meet business needs and contribute to company growth.
• Provide proactive engineering support to teams, including Manufacturing, Customer Service, Sales, and Applications.
• Ensure compliance with Makino's QEHS policy (Engineering QP-ENG-001) to uphold quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• A self-driven and energetic individual with high integrity and a positive attitude.
