NDF Trader, Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies (FICC), SEB Singapore

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, Singapore (SEB Singapore) is hiring a senior trader with a strong background within Asia NDF to our Singapore office. In this role you will be involved in shaping our strategy, managing the Asia NDF risk, as well as growing our client franchise together with colleagues from our global FX team.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of five years experience from trading Asian NDFs.

The role is based in our Singapore office, and is a part of our Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies (FICC) unit, within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division, reporting to the Head of Trading in Singapore.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assuming a leadership role in developing our NDF offering.
• Pricing of client requests in primarily Asia NDF, with a focus on competitive execution.
• Managing all Asia NDF risk within our framework of limits.
• Working closely with FX salespeople and coordinating efforts to best support our clients.
• Producing ad-hoc trade ideas and provide market colour to colleagues and clients.
  
  

To thrive in this role

• A minimum five years work experience from trading Asia NDF with a proven track record.
• Have an analytical mindset with a strong, technical capability.
• Have a university degree in engineering/math/statistics/finance/economics or similar
• Have an interest in financial markets in general and FX/NDF in particular.
• Are creative in finding solutions and ways of utilizing your skillset and the tools available.
• Passionate about working in a team environment and actively contributing to shared success through continuous knowledge exchange.
