Role Description
The National Sales Director America is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position involves leading sales operations, developing and executing market strategies, managing key accounts, and overseeing a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, setting sales targets, driving revenue, fostering client relationships, and coordinating with global teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management to drive business growth and foster strong client relationships.
- Experience in Team Management, including building, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Proficiency in Market Planning to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies and achieve organizational objectives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the coffee or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Singapore and travel as needed for business development.
