To develop, implement + maintain our total rewards strategy, including monetary + non-monetary recognition strategies across all businesses + functions, in collaboration with others, assuring internal equity + external competitiveness.
To implement + maintain a range of total rewards plans/policies in conjunction with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance + relevancy across various employment types.
To provide consultation on a broad range of compensation matters to key stakeholders within both human resources + the wider organization.
To assist on measuring + communicating of the performance of total rewards solutions.
To participate in total rewards projects + initiatives involving multiple stakeholders with strategic + financial impact.
To ensure the timely + accurate processing of all annual total rewards activities including but not limited to, annual salary reviews, bonus calculations + agreement issuance, insurance renewals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
6+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years specializing in compensation and benefits.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and tax implications.
Experience working in a multinational organization with matrix reporting
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data into practical recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
