Mutual Fund Product Manager (Wealth Management)

Overview

An exciting opportunity to join a growing Wealth Management platform in Singapore, where you will take ownership of the Mutual Fund business and drive product strategy across Private Wealth and Corporate segments. This role offers strong exposure to fund selection, portfolio construction, and regional product initiatives, working closely with front office and investment teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Mutual Fund platform, including product strategy, positioning, and overall P&L performance

• Conduct fund selection, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring across traditional and alternative investment products

• Develop and deliver fund recommendations, market insights, and model portfolios to support Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Consultants (ICs)

• Partner closely with front office teams to provide investment advisory support and drive product adoption across local and regional markets

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external asset managers to deliver product communications, training, and client engagement initiatives

• Support and contribute to regional product initiatives and platform enhancement projects

• Ensure strong governance, risk control, and regulatory compliance across the product platform

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in fund product management, fund selection, or investment advisory within private banking / asset management

• Solid understanding of mutual funds, with exposure to alternative investments (hedge funds / private markets) being advantageous

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across front office, investment teams, and external partners

• Proven ability to deliver product presentations, training sessions, and client-facing seminars

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight timelines

• Proactive, driven, and commercially minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
