Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, parents, and retail walk-ins.

• Support Outlet Managers in overseeing daily business and school operations including follow up of enquiries, leads etc.

• Maintain the presentation and smooth running of the music school/retail floor.

Job Requirements

• Eligibility: Singaporeans with decent qualifications

• Customer and sales-focused with good verbal communication skills.

• A self-driven professional with a good work ethic, prepared to thrive in a dynamic retail environment including weekends and retail hours.

• Schedule: 1) 5-day workweek (includes working on Saturday, Sunday, or both). 2) 5/6 days or 6 days, for more income.
