Medley Music Academy invites qualified and experienced individuals seeking to be involved in a fulfilling and purposeful teaching environment to join us. We are located at SAFRA Toa Payoh.
Criteria of Piano Instructor (Full-time)
- At least Diploma in music-related qualifications.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, commercially or privately.
- Ability to teach practical, theory aspects and equip students to take on ABRSM exams either f2f or performance grade.
- Pleasant disposition and ability to engage students.
- A good communicator with parents and colleagues.
- Motivated individual with a growth mindset.
- Has a spirit of excellence and puts in his/her best.
- Has integrity and is a team player.
Work-Days
Wednesday - Fridays 2pm to 8pm
Weekends - 9am to 7pm
Other Duties
- Attends monthly zoom meetings
- Write meeting minutes once a year
- Plan lesson plan or student worksheets
- Involvement in school's event such as end of year recital
- Attend teachers training or staff event
