Job Summary:
We are seeking a Murex Front Office Support Analyst to join our global support team and work with a major international client. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting front office users within the Murex platform. This role is suited for professionals early in their Murex career who are eager to grow, learn, and advance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day front office support for Murex users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trade capture, pricing, PnL, and market data.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely issue resolution and system stability.
- Support testing, upgrades, and enhancements within the Murex environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience working with Murex, specifically in front office support.
- Good understanding of front office workflows, products, and trade lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
