Murex FO Developer

Responsibilities:
. Handling Murex production batch processing includes Date rolls for Various desks and entities, accounting and reporting batches.

. Configuring the processing script for various modules and debugging the issues related to it.

. Performing or monitoring daily/monthly housekeeping jobs related to Accounting, Market data, etc.

. Providing support for overnight batch processing.

. Developing or configuring the processing script, report, or batch of feeders if required as part of Batch Support.

. Configuration management & Release management.

Requirements
. 4-6 years of experience in Murex system in the Front office modules of the Mx 3.1 platform

. Experience with e-tradepad configurations

. Proven experience working on scalable, resilient transaction processing systems in the Financial markets

. A strong analytical and logical approach to problem-solving and system development.

. Very strong exposure to all asset classes

. Strong exposure to trade lifecycle across front office, back office, and middle office tiers

. Detailed knowledge of Murex Front office and previous exp in creating and updating simulation views as per user preference

. Responsible for doing Requirement Analysis in Front Office space for various asset classes

. Responsible for doing an initial analysis of existing production data and existing test case suite

. Ability to analyze and understand product requirements and offer solutions and support to facilitate the rollouts

. Work closely with the Front Office business to design and build pricing and booking capabilities in the Murex system

. Participate with internal business partners on cross-functional projects to provide STP solutions for pricing, distribution, and execution capabilities

. Be responsible for understanding the business needs, identifying business solutions, and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options
