Job Duties:

• Lead and motivate the recruitment team to achieve sales and performance targets.

• Drive business development by securing new clients and growing existing accounts.

• Track and analyze sales and recruitment metrics to optimize performance.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the similar industry or Recruitment & Staffing industry.
